The first scientific committee meeting for the Second International Conference on Modern Powertrains was held on Saturday, May 31st, in the meeting hall of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering. This meeting was attended by a group of university professors and industry managers (MAPNA, Tehran Municipality, SAIPA, and Kerman Khodro). In this meeting, the following details regarding the conference programs (Papers and conference themes, Industrial panels, Opening and closing speeches, Workshops, Exhibition, etc.) were discussed and decided upon.

Second International Conference on Novel Propulsion Systems with Road, Rail, Aerial, Marine, and Stationary Applications

October 14-15, 2025, Tehran
We are pleased to announce that the Second International Conference on Novel Propulsion Systems with Road, Rail, Aerial, Marine, and Stationary Applications, focusing on various types of electric vehicles (hybrid, battery electric, fuel cell, solar cell), will be held on October 14-15, 2025, at the School and Research Institute of Automotive Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology. The aim of this conference is to create synergy among domestic experts in this field and to familiarize them with leading international centers in this area.

All professors, students, and industry professionals are hereby invited to contribute to this conference by presenting their scientific articles and industrial/research achievements in various fields of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science and engineering, chemistry, and chemical engineering, and enrich its program.

  • Energy consumption and carbon emissions in modern vehicles (hybrid, all-electric, fuel cell, solar, etc.)
